The deceased was driving 27.2 kilometers south of National Highway 3 and had a self-collision accident. He hit the construction site next to the road and was pierced by the angular steel bars erected during the construction on the face, neck, chest, abdomen and back, causing the deceased to suffer from pneumothorax, multiple organs, etc. Injured and bleeding profusely, he died after being sent to the hospital.
